We’ve got news of some exciting events over the next couple of months!
Social Night
We would love to get together again for something to eat on November 12th 6-8pm. After the success of the BBQ in the summer, we decided that because of the number of young children we would have it earlier, so that they can get to bed at a reasonable time.
Bring some food and drinks with you, we will have some hot dishes, plates etc.
We really hope you can make it!
Launch Night for The Vine Cafe
We will be officially putting The Vine on the map on October 21st 7-10pm. There’ll be music, art, drama etc. throughout the evening. Come and support it, even if you only drop in for a short while.
We’ve had some postcards printed up to deliver around the Height, we need as many people out to deliver them with us as possible. Would you be able to take a couple of streets, either during the day or evening? For the brave amongst us, we felt it would be a good opportunity to knock on some doors and ask if they would like us to pray for anything.

Christmas Alive
We can hear some of the groans… We know it’s only October!
This year we’re taking Christmas Alive to The Vine. There’s a grassed area in front of the cafe which will be great for us to do something on. This notice is to encourage you to start praying for the event. It’s going to be great!
MJK (Make Jesus Known)
MJK have been asked to hold a Christmas event in Buile Hill Park on December 10th. We’ll be hosting the refreshment tent that evening. Please start to pray for this event as MJK start the preparations for this.
