This Sunday we’re not having a sermon. Instead, we’ll have a chance to share our stories of how God’s working in us and through us.
The temple was where Heaven met Earth; where sins were forgiven & impurity cleansed; a source of political power. But Jesus said He’d replaced the temple…
The disciples returned from the mission that Jesus had sent them on full of joy, sharing stories of how what Jesus had told them to do, had actually worked!
Being told to ‘Go’ by Jesus would have filled the 72 disciples with a range of emotions. They would go with a sense of vulnerability.
We need to trust God for the seemingly impossible to happen, whilst telling people that Jesus is near.
A space to engage with other church members, to think further about sermons or topics raised in Sunday morning services, and to help & support each other.
