Have God’s plans failed? (Romans 9-10)

At this point in his letter to the Romans, Paul deals with the questions;

• So what about the Jews?
• Didn’t God say he’d save them?
• Has God given up on them?
• Were they God’s Plan A, and now He’s moved on to Plan B?
