Down To Earth – The Unexpected Rescue

The headline was ‘Jesus scores’. It still takes me by surprise when I see news about the Arsenal player named Jesus.

But it reminds us that there was a time when Jesus was an everyday name, that had an out of the world meaning. His mission was in plain sight – every time he introduced himself to others.
